An amazing true account of this families life under a communist government in East Germany afterWW2 .it is a must read, with the hope it gives all people the strength to resist any government trying to make communism the way of their country. Well written, sometimes sad, it is the life many endured under Russian rule from just after the war until well into the 1970s. It shows the control the communist Russians had over the people very clearly.
