If Andor was the first Star Wars show, all the other films and shows in the franchise would seem like cheesy derivatives. There are lots of motifs in the original series, Andor discards the force, the space swords, the good vs evil and concentrates on the complexities of rebellion and the rise of fascism. Oh and has a cute robot.
