I liked the plot of the film well enough, but the actors played characters that were wildly ruthless and thought nothing of simply killing off various others for their own self serving reasons. And a few things didn’t make sense. For example, one character set fire to the home of someone he blamed for the death of his child, in full view of witnesses and the police, and he wasn’t charged with anything, including arson! I wouldn’t say it’s a must watch, but it’s entertaining enough if you manage expectations.

Dan Levy is a genius. I have binged on every season twice. Dan, Eugene, and Sarah Levy are all perfectly cast. Catherine O’Hara is her usual fabulous self, and the entire cast is exactly right. Don’t miss this. I will no doubt binge on it for a 3rd time. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This premise is great, and the episode (#1) with Conan OBrien is absolutely hilarious. The celebrities have to solve a murder, and have no script. Watching him improvise through this is a must see. The detective Is Will Arnett, another hilarious guy. I was literally in tears listening to Conan’s responses to crime solving questions. It’s no surprise why he had his own show for years. Full disclosure, I am a rabid Adam Driver fan. Having said that, I so enjoyed his complex and understated performance. It is a quiet and thoughtful film, and gives us permission to have predictable and routine lives, and to be happy with our journey. A little gem of a film that deserves your time.
