Visually its a great movie and i know that the original movies from the 80's was kind of wacky so its hard to remake a movies thats has a crazy plot and weird dialog so they did a good job at making it more palatable for people that aren't on mushrooms. that being said its not that its hard to follow the movie but i feel like they jump long periods of time and miss a lot of details and plot building. like they just give you a bunch of cool scenes and major plot details with out a lot going on in-between. i don't know it wasn't bad but for 2hours and 45 minutes the pace of this movie was crazy even compared to the first one.
