attended the Dr. Phil show on June 17, 2024, and had a disappointing experience. I invited my brother from Houston. We followed all instructions and even bought new outfits for the event, given that it was dress to impress. After the first taping, we were stopped from re-entering for the second show without any explanation. We later learned that the show was overbooked and only guaranteed entry to one show, which was never communicated in the emails we received. The staff were unconcerned, uncaring, and had poor communication regarding the overbooking and the entire situation. If I had known this, I wouldn't have asked my brother to make the trip. We felt disregarded and used just to fill seats. This experience left a very negative impression of the show.
