It is not perfect, but it does work. I discovered that the time frames used by Jim Sloman are wrong in that there are some kind of "unknowable inversions" within the method. To eliminate the inversion problem, multiply all the time frames by 8, and there are no inversions. So compare historical data to arrive at a solution using a time frame 8 times longer than Jim Sloman did. It does not improve accuracy. Just eliminates the inversion thing. I would rather have the method than not have it, despite it's limitations. There is no patent on the method, as natural phenomena cannot be patented.
