The Guardian reckon the budget was 80,000 sterling. Is this actually possible given it must contain a fair amount of CGI? No wonder it got such poor reviews. Re make with 100 million and we may have something worth watching. Just kidding. Too many modern movies put special effects before a good story and great acting. There are some great low budget movies made on a shoestring. The Aussie film about divers stranded in shark infested waters or the group stuck up a tree in a Crocodile infested swamp. Both gripping and worthy watch.
