I really wanted to watch this documentary for the results of the so called study on these two different test diet groups. In exchange we were served an ambitious amount of information regarding the bad quality of meat in the US ( I agree with that) vs the amazing quality (or so-presented!) of the heavily processed plant based foods! When you say plant based, it should really mean eating fresh plants, fruits and vegetables!! Heavily processed plant based eggs and bacon, cheese, trying to mimic the SAD diet in a processed plant based form, that in a few years will become a story to tell about the bad unclean facilities that carry germs and spread bacteria, and who knows what around. If it's a lifestyle change, let it be real change, and not just a different package that you sell as good-for-you, SAD approved. The plant based business it's just another growing area of business, and that's my takeaway.
