I was so excited to get back into this game, having loved it 15 years ago. I was sorted into a dead server with basically no Horde activity. (~3k auctions in the Horde AH Vs. 100k+ in others) I'm not enjoying the game as a result, and the only apparent resolution is for me to pay $40 to transfer my character or to start fresh and give up on the character it took so much effort to level. I doubt I'll keep my subscription much longer if they aren't able to offer me a free transfer to another realm, but seeing as your "customer support" is just an endless loop of unhelpful articles about irrelevant topics, I don't imagine I'll get anything better than a generic "thanks for the feedback".
