I have been waiting a long time for this movie. I was sorely disappointed. It felt like they took 3 different possible movie ideas related to Beetlejuice and smashed them together. Which forced all 3 to feel incomplete. Perhaps if they had broken up the different plots into different movies. Beetlejuices wife? Ortega's boyfriend? So much more could have been done and things felt complete if they had been individualized. The characters and actors were there. The script was botched. Such a shame for such potential. Do yourself a favor and wait till it's available to stream. As with most movies these days unfortunately.
