Incredibly disappointed in Luxury Escapes!
I phoned the customer care team twice to change my flights due to COVID-19 border restrictions. The first time I phoned I was advised by their audio recording that there was expected wait times due to high call volumes which I understood, I was on hold for 3 hours in the queue to then be hung up on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as sometimes these things happen and phoned back a second time to then sit on hold in a queue for 1 hour and 11 minutes to then have the phone call disconnected again.
This is not how you run a business. If you have high call volumes then I would advise employing extra staff to improve customer satisfaction as this is unacceptable.
