Typical of a spin-off. Lots of action, albeit without a purpose. Who's chasing whom? Who cares? But there are lots of high-paid actors jumping on this bank roll..... Half the cost of making a movie is the writers. Well; they saved that. Go see this movie just for the fun of it, but don't expect to see the priceless interplay between Reynolds and Jackson in this one: just a bunch of scenery chewing.
