I've learned to screen ALL Netflix kids movies before exposing my children to them, and this movie is one of the major reasons why.
Netflix pushes the gender agenda on so many of their shows and movies. As an adult, I don't mind - whatever. Love is love.
But can we please leave the kids out of it? Do we have to give our children sexual identity crises before they even know what romantic love is about?
The religion/spiritual angle was also really weird, and altogether a bit dark.
But what really put the icing on the cake for me was the very strong underlying theme of suicide. Yup! Attempted suicide! In a KIDS MOVIE.
I am so grateful I checked before showing my family.
