If this is comedy now, we are doomed. This was absolute sterile garbage masquerading as raunchy comedy. Extremely cheap laughs. Lawrence’s character tried too hard to be shocking while coming off extremely unrealistic. The tech obsessed youth were glorified while the sad truth of social erosion was overlooked. This is the new face of comedy resulting from fear of cancellation from the Twitter mob. The era of raunchy, risk taking comedy, is over. It has been replaced by clapter, and virtue signaling. How absolutely boring. We walked out of this movie a little over half way when it became clear that we had seen the best, or worst, this film had to offer.
