you forget its actually an animated movie and get so invested in the characters, I loved the continuity of Nana Noodle and Johnny's dad and the clarification he was doing community service, Buster has grown into a leader with vision, where as in the first movie he was mostly desperate, the villain is truly scary and its an amazing movie that as an adult left me with a smile, a sense of wonder, and feeling like listening to a lot of U2, and the feeling I had escaped the real world for the duration of the movie, which are what great movies do.
Please say this is a trilogy ;-)
