If it was up to me I would leave no stars. 44 times I’ve experienced nothing but issues with this place this wash machine service. The app does that coincide with washing machines the washing machine said they’re available and then when you go down there they are off-line. You put your clothes and your soap in the wash machine to find out that it doesn’t work. This laundry service sucks!
