Pretty well written book with an interesting plot. However, the author seems to take some great glee in putting down conservatives. Just one example: "Those kids who live in ultra-conservative bubbles always crack when the real world hits them." This entire underplot is completely unnecessary to the story. It's easy to feel the agenda driven angst that Karin Slaughter is trying to come to terms with. Sad.
