I was skeptical of this book as I am more of an historical fiction fan, but wow. This book completely enveloped me and I read it in one day. It was quite possibly the most beautifully written book I’ve ever read.
The way in which she writes is witty, real and emotionally raw. I could picture every setting and feel every feeling alongside her characters. I don’t cry easily at books but did reading this. What a gift.
