This movie is a feminist masterpiece, anyone who says different is just being a hater coz the don't get it. It tackles a raw fear of what motherhood does to you and your body (without all that what to expect when youre expecting crap) and how the female body is the celebrity not the person and the disgusting male gaze pressure on aging and media.BUT it is definitely not for the anyone that doesn't have a strong stomach. And please don't take that as a dare to watch it because you will not like it. However... if you do decide to brave it make sure you watch it till the end, or at least till the second last scene, it ties up every subject it tackles into a beautiful connection, albeit bloody, bow.

It's definitely grotesque but oh my god the cinematography is amazing. The acting, especially in episode 3 has such incredible performances. It's like Mike Flanagan crossed with Hitchcock but incredibly gorey! If you can't tell it's definitely a new favourite.
