Fighting mechanics aren't all that great. The best UFC game was UFC 2. They had the fighting mechanics down on that game and it stands the test of time. It felt like there was more impact behind the punches and you were able to flow with combinations. Each character also had their own style. This is a fun game but I don't see myself being competitive online due to the dynamics of the game from the movement and fighting mechanics.
