Absolutely dreadful, I sent a working camera, 2 well known working watches amongst many other things and was offered £11. When I asked for it to be returned they then offered £20, outrageous! Nobody ever answers the phone, they only send texts, I have again requested my items to be returned and I’m going to seek some sort of advice
