Midnight Blues

First of all, it's way too long for what it delivered. It should have written so that it wasn't more than two hours or so, long. But more importantly, 007 is a strong, highly-capable male character even if the character is what feminists call a "toxic male." It's a shame that destroying that legacy in the name of political correctness, that the franchise has been reduced to making a woman a 007 agent. Even when I suspended disbelief, I was never convinced that the woman pulled off the role of 007. That actress didn't even come close to holding a candle to Sigourney Weaver's role as Ripley in Alien. Now that's a character I believed. If this franchise continues with a woman as "James Bond" then I'm done with it forever. I'm not going to waste my time or spend my money watching a social justice warrior agenda.

If you're a late boomer or an elder Gen-X then this is one you'll be able to relate to. It was hilarious.

I didn't think the story in itself was that good. And also because there's a lot of rehashed material in either footage or re-worked action scenes based on the concepts of various action scenes from the original the movie, the movie as a whole was mediocre. I rated it 3-stars because it just wasn't bad enough to warrant 2-stars. I'm also glad I didn't pay money at the theater to watch it.

What a huge disappointment. The movie trailers led me to believe that this would be a story primarily focused on Tony Soprano, it's not. It's a story that's all over the map with too many side stories and irrelevant characters that have nothing to do with Tony Soprano or how he became the person that he was. Since it was a story primarily focused on Dickie Moltisanti, then the trailers should have reflected that instead of focusing the character of Tony Soprano to drum up interest for this lemon. I'm glad I didn't pay money at the theater just to end up having 2-hours of my time wasted. Seriously, the trailers are totally misleading.
