Basically Sproul doesn’t believe what the Bible actually says.
He spiritualizes pretty much everything concerning the last days.
He ignores the fact that prophesy was fulfilled LITERALLY in Jesus’s first coming, and doesn’t believe that the end times prophesies will be also. He has decided that he is going to take his cues from the Reformers and the Roman Catholic Church on this subject.
He’s completely unteachable on the subject.
