- Spoiler alert - Developers missed good opportunity for perfect ending Liked the movie, it was nice to see all Spider-mans in 1 movie, but the idea was stolen from the animated movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Other than that if you watched all movies you'd notice that even J.J. Jameson should've returned to other universe when the first Spider-man (Tobey) returns also, because he's like Goblin and etc. from the same movie. Also developers didn't think it through good enough. If everyone forgot who Peter Parker is, they didn't manipulate the time so everyone and every poster that said Peter Parker is Spider-man should still exist on everyone's phone, tablet etc. Even if police did facial recognition or even his School they would've find him in the system. MJ also would find images of him in her phone and would say to herself "Who is he how I don't remember? Oh wait a second I remember this poster few days ago he is Spider-man, we must be really close..."And then in the end he walks in the shop, she asks him why she'\s not remembering him, then he says to her he loves her. Developers missed such a good opportunity for perfect ending.
