American Fiction is a delight. The acting is outstanding, and that's in no small part because of the script. It has moments of humor, drama, and irony that blend seamlessly into one another. The movie is a wonderful treatment of the stereotypes that complicate society. It deserves to win an Oscar for taking on such an important topic in such an entertaining way.
