The fact people are upset about a movie having songs in it that literally had balled in the name is hilarious to me. If anyone thinks this movie has too many songs they should read the book. Rachel Zegler is an amazing singer and deserved to sing Oh My Darling Clementine
It's also incredibly ironic that people complaining about how the tributes died. People really dont understand what the series is about
As a recreation of the book, I think it did much better than the other movies. Instead of marketing it as another love triangle/romance story, they focused more on the actual behaviour of Lucy Grey's and Snow's "romance". It still had its flaws but I've not found a movie thats lived up to the book. I wish it was a bit longer but it still did amazing in the time it had. Overall it's a great movie for people who actually understand the source material but for anyone who wants what the original Hunter games movies were about then this isn't for you. It follows the ideas of the book much better
