Playing on xbox series x, really refreshing take on the batman story, something completely different from most other batman games or films. The story is fantastic (I haven't quite finished it yet), the characters are well formed (some of the side cut scenes for each character really add a depth to their story) and the visuals are excellent the lighting and the colours really separate it from any game that I have played in the last few years.
I would say don't spend all of your time as one character, it can become a little unbalanced if you spend most of the first half of the game as knightwing then realise you haven't unlocked any momentum abilities for Robin or bat girl but that is a strategy call.
Sometimes I have noticed performance dips when there is a lot going on on screen and other times it can feel a little repetitive trying to get all of the crimes and collectables. I would have also liked the ability to switch characters mid mission in a similar way to gta v would have made it a bit easier to complete a handful of the missions.
Other than that it is definitely worthy of being compared to the arkham games (some of the best games of all time in my opinion) and some of the negative comments here feel very unfair.
