I get they wanted to push a save the planet message, but they failed miserably. It was more like they rushed to push a product without thinking things through. Also, major cultural appropriation!

The whole message was an over-exaggeration Of an oil company who CEO looks like a hippie but in reality he is an evil Texan with a big texas hat and belt buckle. (So now being a cowboy is evil?)
However: the plane used By Bigfoot was a gas guzzling, smoggy old plane, the family vehicle was a gas guzzling camper van, and the amount of TRASH created by the group was huge! All pre-packaged and non-recyclable. Frankly the “bad guys” were the only ones using cleaner-energy vehicles and clean energy technology. The only negative was how he was using clean technology to extract oil.

Also one thing doesn’t add up: In the intro the boy says he is a Bigfoot that inherited superpowers. Then later the dad explains it was a science experiment gone wrong and he disappeared for 10 years in the woods...which means the boy would have been 4 or 5 when his dad became Bigfoot, so he should be a normal boy.
