Unfortunately after reading reviews I would be unable to watch this film although it looks really good watch away from the subject matter. I feel it makes light of certainly not an unrealistic subject as it is something I have experienced first hand

Scarborough began dragging its heels however has got better and better with each episode. The research, casting and acting is superb. The characters so true to life and the comedy timing spot on. Plenty of nostalgia reminding us of when people were content with their lot, added by well timed cheerful injections of cheesy tunes. A clever, well structured sit -com indeed.
