I haven't watched a series in years. It reminds me of Northern Exposure. I enjoy the quirky characters and dark humor. The only character that I find annoying is the sherrif...it's very annoying listening to him belittle his female coworker. I do look forward to the development of the characters and hope it remains quirky and unpredictable.
