This movie is amazing. If you grew up with the Keaton Batman and matured with the Cavill Superman watch this movie. Forget the politics and BS and, yes, there will be moments where you think 'why am I watching this?' They will pass. If you were born in the mid to late 80s and loved the DC superhero movies you'll be satisfied.
