Take note Disney this is a sequel done right, they haven't destroyed any characters or retconned the original story. This follows on from the first film with mostly the same characters and and feels authentic, like it would actually happen, it doesn't feel forced just to make a sequel *cough* Joker *cough* and can be watched without watching the original. 5/5

Well this has been a roller coaster, I heard it was a musical which made no sense, saw the trailer and thought oh it's not a musical just uses music in an interesting way and then, well, then I watched it. It's nothing like the original apart from cinematography. There is no essence of the original Joker movie just a neutured version of it masquarading in it's clothes. You might like it, but if you do it won't be for the same reasons you liked the original.
