Short review:
It’s a decent watch, but can be boring at times. Good acting, but not an engaging storyline.
Long review:
I want to like this show more than I do. There are times it’s very good and other times I catch myself zoning out and looking at my phone. The acting is top notch but the story just isn’t very interesting to me. I expect more from this genre of show. To be a “spy thriller” it doesn’t really keep you in suspense… there’s some good action at times but overall it’s just kind of a soapy drama feely show.. which is fine if you’re into that but for a spy thriller I found there to be too much soapy emotion.
The Recruit is a great example of balance between emotion and spy epicness.
The show is just very drawn out, and not in a good way.. it’s like you’re kinda bored until something cool happens.
The homosexuality is very in your face in every episode. It’s way too much.
Overall it’s a decent watch and it is entertaining but don’t expect it to be the caliber of “The Recruit” or “The Night Agent”
