Roger Safrit

One of the worst storylines/biopics I have ever seen. I don’t know if I would blame the director or the writer but I wanted to leave half way through and I couldn’t take it anymore. They failed to help the audience grasp the intensity and urgency of the time. They struggled telling the story of Oppenheimers politics and his opposition. They failed to make the physics interesting or throughly explain the science problems Oppenheimer faced. The did not fail to show how perverted Hollywood directors are and they did not fail to make the entire audience whisper WTF to themselves. Given the quantity of star actors I expected way more than I was given from this movie. It’s unreal and almost un conceivable that it cost 100million to make such a dud. The one nuclear explosion wasn’t even anywhere close to seeming realistic and was basically a pyrotechnic and a few gas cans blown up. Somebody should be embarrassed and for that price tag somebody should be kicked out of Hollywood for good
