Laura Matilda

This book was given to me for Christmas when I was about 14, it quickly became one of my favourite stories. I love the beautiful world of magic that is held in this book. The story is so original and special. It's a book I have reread at least 12 times (I am in my 30s now) and have often suggested it to young readers that I know. It has pride of place on my bookshelf. I truly wish this book would be made into some kind of film, maybe animated. Not because the book is not enough, but because I would love to see the concepts explored visually on screen. I actually kinda wish I could meet Anna, and tell her how much this book means to me.
