Stylish, colourful, dark comedy mixed with action thriller. The movie turned out to be great than I expected, they developed the plotline and a lot of character development can be visible. Each scene creates a unique style of visual representation. One of the main highlights in this movie apart from the story is the cinematography and Film score. Anirudh did an incredible job on the Music and the score. They did an impeccable job in camera compositions too. Vijay karthik, the film cinematographer did an amazing job in executing the plan perfectly. His creativity on visual representation is top notch. The lighting idea of his is satisfyingly awsome. He did and incredible job in the color grading too. The plot line development is intruiging and thrilling. Each scene made me love the movie more and got me addicted to all the characters. Anirudh should get a raise for not adding those dumb, silly music on dark comedy scenes, it would make them worse and not so funny. Each and every character played their role perfectly, that's one of the main highlights for the movie's huge success. Overall, congrats to the team, hoping yo see more of Nelson's colourfull, witty and dark humour on him upcoming movie's.

In a nut shell, Combact, Action packed tearjerker and an absolute tribute to the selfless act of valor by Major Mukund Varadarajan. The movie has its upside downs but still, be able to make the audience on the edge of the seats. The main highlights are the actors, who did an incredible job by performing amazing performances, even from his kid to his father. Everyone got committed to the role and played like its their avatar. Sai pallavi has came from a long journey since Premam to Amaran and her development and experiences can be visible. Another remarkable achievement done by the crews would be the camera compositions, a perfect execution for a Combact movie, they did an amazing job in cinematography and lighting. I did not get dissapointed by G V Prakash's score to this film and its really lovable and addicting. We can say the movie would be a huge success if we see the name G V Prakash on the poster. Now to the Disapointing parts... Despite the real life inspired story, I think it could have been done a little better. Its not like the entire scenes and dialogues in this movie is based on real life, most of them were but still, the filmmakers need extra set of scenes to keep the movie going. The main issue here is the pacing, they constantly switches between family and the Military ground. We see Siva having his own time with his wife and daughter, those little heart warming moments and suddenly he is pushed into a combact warfare mode. It changes the prespective of the viewer by shifting between genres which leads to a little difficult to come across the plot. Although the climax did made me speechless and a tornado in my stomach, It could have become a lot better, it could have made people cry their lungs out, and leave them speechless. It holds the perfect score for the scene and if the actors were to act dramatic In a different way and capture a depressing essence, it could have become a lot better. But still, this movie is an impeccable one, Probably one of the most remarkable one in SK's journy. Once again proved that SK can perform an astonishing performance in a different role. Congrats! Raayan A remarkable action drama by Dhanush. He did an incredible job in the acting and direction. The casting was perfect so is the script and I can already imagine how the audience feel goosbumbs and pumped up from the certain scenes. Ar Rahman is indeed a legendry music artist. He knows is craft. He made top notch music that matches the theme and surroundings for the film. Cinematography 5/5 Music 5/5 Plot 4/5 The reason why one star us missing because of the plot after the interval. (spoilers ahead ) I get it that the brothers join sethu's gang inorder to get recogonised and feel respected. And they both got their share. But stabbing their own brother feels like too much and doesn't apply realism here. And at the end, Durga and raayan killing their own brothers left me shocked. If these plots were made to change, I could see a future where the Imdb would have raised to 8 or above
