It was ok but I didn't seem to feel it captured the essence of the original animated film or the original book. In their attempt to perhaps make it more gritty, dark and realistic, some of the magic was lost and i didn't find that we delved into anything new with Wendy's and Peter Pan's characters. In fact, Peter felt unlikable and just surly, not impetuous and playful. It felt like a remake that no one asked for. Much preferred the 2003 PJ Hogan version with Jason Isaac's as Hook.
