Hocus Pocus 2 was so poor, the acting was horrendous, the storyline was pointless, it took ages to start and the only good thing was when the witches got screen time. It felt like the witches took a backseat in this movie. So disappointing that such a classic serious on edge movie was turned into a Mamma Mia cheese fest, I would never watch it again. I spent most of the time rolling my eyes. I’m all for diversity but when it’s a clear tick box approach it’s off putting!. So much of it wasn’t thought through and didn’t even make sense! On one scene you seen people watching Hocus Pocus on Halloween so the original movie was a thing in this movie yet their “biggest fan” didn’t even know who billy was???? Not to mention he knew the sisters because he witnessed them fly over him like it’s normal for a small kid to be walking the streets at 5am trick or treating! Too many holes and didn’t fit together. Would have been nice to see original cast and a more serious approach Overall it’s awful !
