Some of the worst story telling I have ever seen, especially for its budget. The majority of main story points don’t make sense. I don’t want to spoil for any who still want to watch the show, so I’ll just say that the main villain plan is ludicrous the moment you think about it. The characters violate basic common sense strategy. Galadriel is an extremely unlikeable character. She is mean, entitled, and entirely self-centered. Even disregarding how it is an insult to its source material, the show was a disaster on its own merits. The only merits it has are good visuals and the reputation of a masterpiece series (which it completely betrays).
