Good start, weak middle. At the end it’s noticiable how they prepare for a third movie. Also you get tired of sitting too much. It’s not the same thrill as the first one.

Brain damaged. Too slow at the beginning. It spent too much time setting up the situation and explaining that the new matrix sets the past movies as a game. Action scenes are cheap versions of the matrix itself. And it won’t even matter that it gender changes the one as Trinity deserves to be powerful this time, but as an empowered woman. If a Matrix 5 goes the same alley, it will degrade just like the later sequels of Universal Soldier or Resident Evil.
