As usual after reading mostly rave reviews about a film I never enjoy it as much as I thought I would which was the case with Maestro. No question it’s overall a slick production and Bradley shines as Leonard as does Carrie as Felicia but overall I was disappointed and struggled to get through it

First things first Lily is beautiful & can definitely act but even she can’t save this ridiculous production. What on Earth were they thinking casting Hank Azaria? He’s well past his sell by date and just doesn’t fit in this role. I keep remembering him in Americas Sweethearts 2001 film over 20 years ago, same accent & a lot more handsome. Bottom line the story line has all been done before but better. This version is soulless and devoid of any depth or real meaning.

I thought it was brilliant. Acting was superb
