From a get go, it feels like OMG, true exposure to the real India. The overall notion amongst fellow Indians is to say "This is who we are" and it gets better and better as it unfolds. It is evident, that the characters are carefully picked on merits and not what their surnames are :), language, locations (Omkareshwar temple is now on my list) have allowed and made me think of Indian cinema with different attitude.
In the past, everything you pick was either associated or directly related to 2 surnames, Khan and Kapoor. Nevertheless, it was shoved down to throat to extent where watching Indian cinema was big no no.
Glad to see surnames such as Tripathi ji, Shukla jee, Singh sahib, Joshi ji.... these are the surname i grew up with... Indian cinema is changing, and so is above-average family dramedy, allowing to unwind after a long day at work. Best of luck to entire crew!!
