Joe has guests to interview to get their opinions, then he takes all their time going on a long soliloquy. He finally stops his (rant) and goes to his guest but doesn't ask a question. His guests many tiims hesitate and then begin talking. And by that time the guests time is up. He goes on rants about the president. I don't think they could fill their time slot if they didn't have the president to bash. He is so full of hate and anger it is hard to watch. Although Mika did a decent interview of Biden she is mainly window dressing.
