If Sebastian Stan wasn’t involved in this movie, I probably wouldn’t have even bothered to watch it past the first hour. He truly delivers an excellent performance, but that’s where my praise ends. Without spoiling, this movie tends to bait and switch and sadly, fascinating plot lines and the potential for amazing world and lore building are abandoned for questionable choices by the primary character and it’s obvious that production was rushed.
