I might need to see it again but it was really to modern day! like all originality was gone from certain aspects of tmnt. I understand this is a newer time so we have to get with it, but I feel this is geared towards the newer tmnt fan! My daughter is 9yrs old and watches the older versions and some of the newer nickelodeon stuff(minus rise of tmnt) she said this one was ok.
