I went to the drive-in with my mom and dad when I was a kid and saw this movie. I liked it then and I love it now. I understand more of it now than I did then of course. It is a good movie. Good acting, good story, GREAT music! I dont know why critics give it such bad reviews. It's a good movie. The concert at the end still gives me goosebumps everytime I see it. America is a terrific song!! I enjoy it everytime I watch it.
