It was the best thing to happen for DC Comic nerds like myself. Every DC show and movie from the campy 1960’s Batman series to the 2012 Green Lantern movie. From the DCEU Justice League to Batman 1989. From Smallville to Titans on the DC streaming service. There’s so much more but it was a perfect way to end one show while also bringing together an entire history of shows and movies to one place. The story had everything you could want; excitement, shock, sadness, laughter, and more. It was the perfect crossover event yet and set the stage for something bigger. This was the right move for DC in every way.
