This book was terrible. I had to read the book in eighth grade. I would rather watch paint dry than read this book. The plot is more boring than staring at a brick wall, and it was most likely built a two-year old. Everything was so predictable in this book that my elementary school sister could have predicted what was going to happen next. I respect the author for changing La Llorona's character in this story, but the whole thing does not work. Please save your hard-earned cash and please do not burn your money on this book.
