I understand there was a lot of glitches, and that a lot of people struggled with that. Maybe graphics weren't the greatest.... But they seemed to patch it up... So it doesn't matter now. What does matter was this. This was the first game I can remember since the mystery dungeon series that I felt a genuine connection to happiness, joy, and love through the whole game. By the end it was like I was journeying in the region, not a character on the screen. Sure the starters weren't ground breaking, but they had that same fun feel Gen 1 had. It is their best entry by far, because it allows you to make the adventure, even if there is a suggested route, you can go against it and fight harder. And honestly, so what the pokemon all weren't super imaginative.... Was Muk? Or even Pikachu really? This was a truly amazing game in all ways
