Incredible game, from the artstyle mimicking a storybook (the thing that drew me to this game as I was scrolling on the game pass) to the story, and the characters!
All of these things come together to make a game that will stick with me for a long, long time.
The message of change throughout the whole thing is powerful, and I won't lie, it got me emotional at some of the endings (there are MANY endings, all worth seeing, I would recommend not skipping any if at all possible!) and as someone who doesn't normally cry at games or movies, making me tear up just goes to show how hard this game can really hit people.
I also thought, at first when the narrator showed up that they would be annoying or overdone, but like every character, the narrator goes through their own story and develops as the game progresses, I got pretty attached to them and they definitely do a great job at matching the tone of whatever's happening in the story at the time. I never once felt they were interrupting even when I was being pulled out of gameplay for a purely storytelling moment, which is really impressive.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys more story based games, where decisions made by the player can make a real impact.
